Use of Website

By using this website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only and not for any activity that could harm our business, services, or other users.
Orders, Payments, and Deposits

All orders must be approved and confirmed before production begins.
For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to secure your order and begin design and production.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before final delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed upon.
Design-only jobs: design fees are 100% upfront and non-refundable.
Orders inactive for 30 days may be canceled and deposits forfeited.
Deposits are non-refundable because they cover time spent on design, setup, and material preparation.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order if payment terms are not met.
Custom Work & Design Approval

It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Review and approve all proofs and designs carefully
Ensure all spelling, sizing, and details are correct
Design work may begin after a deposit is received.
Once a design is approved and production has begun, we are not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:
All sales are final
No returns or refunds will be accepted on custom items
If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review and resolve the issue.
Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times will be provided but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Supplier delays
Circumstances beyond our control
Intellectual Property

Customers must have the rights or permission to use any logos, designs, or artwork submitted.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it.
Lucky 7z Graphics is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement.
Limitation of Liability

Lucky 7z Graphics is not liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of profits or business
Misuse of our products after delivery
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
Product Variations

Due to the nature of printing and materials:
Colors may vary slightly from digital mockups
Placement and sizing may have minor variations
These are not considered defects.
Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
